Wide-plank luxury vinyl flooring running through a completed East Valley living and dining room

Flooring is the one finish that touches every room, which is why doing it in one run beats doing it a room at a time.

What a flooring project with us includes

We install tile, luxury vinyl plank and hardwood, and we replace baseboard, trim and door casing at the same time so the edges look finished rather than patched. Whole-home flooring is one of the most common jobs we do, and it goes far more smoothly as a single coordinated project than as four separate ones.

LVP and tile both have their place in an Arizona home, and the right answer depends on the room, the subfloor and how the house gets used. We will walk you through the trade-offs before you pick, not after.

1

Tile and luxury vinyl plank

Wood-look tile and LVP installed flat and square, with the subfloor prepared properly first rather than tiled over and hoped for.

2

Whole-home runs

Flooring carried through the whole house in one project, so transitions line up and you live through the disruption once.

3

Baseboard, trim and casing

New baseboard, trim and door casing fitted with the floor, so the edges look finished rather than caulked over.

4

Honest LVP versus tile advice

Both work in an Arizona home. Which one suits your room, your subfloor and your household is a conversation we have before you buy.

How a project runs

Six stages, one crew, and a schedule you can check any time. You always know what is happening in your home this week.

STEP 01

Estimate

We walk your space, talk through what you actually want changed, and put a written, itemised number in front of you.

STEP 02

Schedule

You get CAD drawings, a materials list and firm dates. Your calendar lives in our construction software so you always know who is coming.

STEP 03

Demo & Install

One dedicated crew takes it from tear-out through plumbing, electrical, tile and cabinetry. Your home gets protected and cleaned every day.

STEP 04

Finish & Walkthrough

We finish the details, then walk the whole job with you. Nothing is called done until you say it is, and it is warrantied for five years.

Why homeowners keep calling us back

Straight answers, a crew you recognise, and a schedule that means something. That is most of what people actually want from a contractor.

Questions, answered

The things homeowners ask us before they hand over a set of house keys.

We are an East Valley contractor and we stay in the East Valley. That means Ahwatukee, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa and Scottsdale, plus Queen Creek, Paradise Valley and Phoenix. Keeping our radius tight is how the same crew gets to your house on time every morning instead of driving across the county.

Yes. Mustache Approved Remodeling is a licensed Arizona general contractor, ROC #309760, and we are bonded, insured and BBB accredited. We are also members of the Chandler, Gilbert and Ahwatukee chambers of commerce. Ask any contractor for their ROC number before you let them touch your house.

A full bathroom is usually three to five weeks on site, and a full kitchen runs longer depending on cabinet lead times and whether walls or soffits are coming out. You get real dates before demo day, not a vague range, and you can watch the schedule move in our construction software as the job goes.

A written, itemised scope covering labour, materials, permits and the finishes you picked, so you can see where every dollar sits. Nothing is ordered until you approve the final design, and if something changes mid-project you get it priced in writing before we do the work.

Every shower we build gets a full Hydro Ban waterproofing system installed and flood-tested before any tile goes on the wall. We call it the S.W.A.N. plan, short for Sleep Well At Night. It is the part of the job nobody ever sees and the part that decides whether your shower is still sound in fifteen years.

Every remodel we complete carries a five-year workmanship warranty on top of whatever the manufacturers cover on their products. If something we installed is not right, we come back and put it right.

Yes. Financing is available and plenty of our clients spread a remodel over monthly payments in the region of $250 a month rather than paying up front. We can walk you through the options at the estimate so you know what the project looks like on a monthly basis before you commit.

Nick runs the project and the same small crew works it through to completion, with long-standing tradespeople we have worked with for years. You are not handed off to whoever happened to be free that week, and you always know who is walking through your door.
