Ahwatukee Modern Kitchen Remodel
A complete kitchen rebuild with espresso shaker cabinetry, white quartz counters and a subway tile backsplash running the full run of the wall.
This one started as a kitchen and grew, which is usually how whole-home projects begin. Once the flooring was going to be replaced anyway, running it through every room made far more sense than stopping it at the kitchen doorway.
The kitchen was opened up to the living space, with two-tone cabinetry, a new island and quartz counters throughout. Wood-look tile then ran through the whole floor plan, with new baseboard and casing so nothing looked patched in at the edges.
Sequencing is what makes a job this size liveable. We staged the work so the family kept a usable kitchen or bathroom for as much of the build as possible, and the schedule stayed visible to them the whole way through.
