Gilbert Cabinet Refacing

Not every kitchen needs gutting. This one needed doors, counters, tile and floors.

Wide-plank luxury vinyl flooring running through the adjoining dining room

Sound cabinet boxes kept, everything else replaced. New doors, quartz counters, a subway backsplash and wood-look plank through the living space.

The cabinet boxes in this kitchen were solid, which meant a full tear-out would have been money spent on something the homeowner already had. Refacing kept the carcasses and replaced everything visible: new doors and drawer fronts, new hardware, quartz counters and a subway tile backsplash.

The bigger visual change was the flooring. Wide-plank luxury vinyl ran through the kitchen and out into the living and dining rooms, with new baseboard fitted to it, which pulled the whole floor plan together.

We will always tell you when a reface is the better answer. It costs less, it takes less time, and on a kitchen like this one the result is indistinguishable from new cabinetry.
